I've been practicing yoga off and on for almost nine years, and much more consistently lately. I also work in a salon and spa as a massage therapist. Recently these two parts of my life have merged to make me the yoga director at the spa! It is going to be a lot of work coordinating events and building clientele, but I am super excited about it! So my journal feature today is going to be on the beauty in movement and yoga.
